• Each day allows a maximum of 3 ad slots.
• All bookings are subject to availability and approval.
• Users must upload valid ad materials (image, content, or PDF).
• Bookings can only be made for future dates.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Tiered pricing applies based on how many bookings already exist for a day.
• Payment is processed securely through Paystack.
• Prices are displayed in USD and may vary based on ad type and demand.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Users may request rescheduling by contacting support before the booked date. Refunds are not guaranteed after payment, except in cases of platform failure or cancellation by Africanpips.

5. Content Guidelines

• Ads must not contain misleading, offensive, or prohibited content.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad that violates our guidelines.

6. Data and Privacy

All user data is securely stored using Firebase. We do not share or sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Platform Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may occur without prior notice.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
